In 2011, my new year's resolution was to leave the state I live in at least once a month. I took pictures everywhere I went and chose a favorite from each trip.
January - Nashville, TN
Found this door handle in historic Franklin.
January - Chicago, IL
This was hanging in my friend Jill's bathroom. I couldn't help myself.

February - Nashville, TN
Taken at Katy K's in Nashville. Definitely a must-see if you're ever in Nashville.
March - Louisville, KY
Jess, Leslie and I walked around the Louisville Slugger Museum and through the gift shop. Maybe next time we'll take the tour?
April - St. Louis, MO
My favorite Clydesdale at the Budweiser factory. I think his name was Scotty.

May - Louisville, KY
The carnage of the Derby Tailgating. Carnage is the only appropriate word for it. Our space did not look like this, but this is what we passed on our walk to Churchill Downs.
June - Newport, KY
If you haven't been to the Newport Aquarium, you should check it out. I spent an obscene amount of time in the jellyfish room.

July- Buffalo, NY
Beautiful sunset during the cocktail hour of Tina and Todd's wedding.
July - Niagara Falls, Canada
Since we were in Buffalo, why not take a little trip to Niagara Falls before heading home?
August - Chicago, IL
We acted like tourists at Lisa's bachelorette party. There was an insane number of wedding parties taking pictures in Millennium Park this day.
September - San Diego, CA
Charlie's sandy feet. I can't believe my 2 1/2 year old nephew stood still long enough for this picture.

September - San Francisco, CA
Taylor and I walked all over San Francisco on a beautiful Sunday. It was nice to be able to see the bridges, since the fog obstructed our view the day before.

October - St. Louis, MO
Baby K's shower! There couldn't have been nicer weather - we sat outside in sleeveless dresses in October. I think this is an indication of the beautiful life Cayden will have.

October - New York, NY
The nerd inside of me was so excited for this wall in the James hotel.

November - Chicago, IL
Getting artistic at dinner. I liked the coaster so much, it came back to Ohio with me!
November - St. Louis, MO
Gorgeous roses throughout my brother and sister-in-law's home where we had Thanksgiving.
December - Richmond, IN
I really liked these arches on this overpass in Richmond. I just drove to the border and back, but was surprised to find this beautiful architecture right off the highway.
