December 2019 - No snoozing!

December 2019: No snoozing!
This is one of the challenges I was looking forward to the least. I love a good snooze, but always feel worse afterwards. Those 9 (or 18, or 27) extra minutes of rest hurt more than they help. I did a pretty good job with this challenge - I definitely avoided the snooze button more days than not. On the few days where I didn't have to set an alarm, I tried to get up when I naturally woke up instead of staying in bed. So...semi-successful last challenge of 2019!
