Day 311

Best voting sticker EVER. I love the shape of Ohio. Last time I voted at the same polling location, a mirror on my car was broken. Today, I left with both mirror intact! In addition, my mother and I believe in shopping parking lot karma - if you get a good parking spot, your shopping trip will be successful. We actually talk about this a lot. I wonder if the same applies to voting - I had no trouble getting a parking spot and then the H-K line was the shortest one with only 3 people! In and out in under 15 minutes (would have been shorter, but a man cut me and I checked my ballot 3 times). And I got to work 25 minutes early! If my last name was L-T, I would have been late. Maybe this means the candidates and issues I voted for will go my way? On the Today Show this morning, someone mentioned that by voting, we are really hiring people for jobs. I have never thought about it like that - longest and most expensive interview ever.

Now, I watch TV like it is the Superbowl or the Oscars, excited for the results. I am also excited stop getting campaign mail and see campaign ads. I am a nerd - this is not news, and I am always excited to be a part of history...
