Today at work, I met Elmo. This is actually the first of six Elmos I saw today while travelling to New York with my manger and co-worker. Maribeth, Katie and I had a great day hitting tons of our stores (they look AMAZING! I could have spent hours - and my whole paycheck - in the new store at Herald Square...). On our journey we saw shoe heaven (aka the shoe floor of Saks with its own zip code), giant Christmas lights, a giant hanukkiah on top of a car, a giant Christmas tree (at Rockafeller Center, naturally) and a couple get engaged on the skating rink! It was a great New York day, followed by a delicious dinner and some serious team bonding!
This may be the millionth time I've said this on this blog, but I love my job, my company and my coworkers...
