One of the items on the list I was looking forward to the least ended up being so much fun. The band was great, but the best part was the amazing support from my cheering section - special thanks to Jillian, Katelynn, Heather, Adam, Jess and Leslie for the support and encouragement! The hardest part was deciding which song to sing - I kept coming back to an '80s classic that I sing beautifully in my car, "Talk Dirty to Me" by Poison (it doesn't hurt that this is also karaoke-d in one of my favorite obscure movies, Grandma's Boy).
Please note that we were there long enough that we heard people sing "Wagon Wheel" 3 times. You read that correctly - 3 times.
Do you see the guest drummer during this song? Jillian and Katelynn pulled all kinds of strings with the band!
