February 2019: NEW CONTENT ONLY! Challenge
This is one I was dreading and I can't believe I pulled it so early. Maybe it was a good thing...most of the current shows I watch are still airing new episodes and it is the shortest month...but it was HARD. I'm a background TV type of person - always doing something else while watching TV or putting the TV on as background noise while cleaning, organizing, cooking or falling asleep. Falling asleep was the hardest part of this challenge.

I kept myself accountable by logging what I watched in the notes app (then posted it on Instagram. I am technically a millennial). I consume a lot of content, but in my defense, is cold in February. I'd like to think that in a warmer month, I would have spent more time outside. The only questionable thing I did was see Hamilton again, BUT I already had the tickets, hadn't seen it from the balcony AND hadn't seen this cast.

First thing I rewatched? Jason Mantzoukas's episode of Nailed It! Holiday!. Now, I'm in a rewatch of/falling asleep to The League, which I haven't rewatched in ages.




Up Next: POSTURE
In March, I'll be working on my posture. I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to do this - I have a few ideas, but not clear on how to execute. This is something I'd very much like to correct. I can hear my grandma's voice in my head telling me to put my shoulders back...I wish I had a recording of her voice to set to an alarm for March.
