Of course this one would get picked for the month where I'm out of town for half the time. I knew I needed a plant that required little care, water and light, but July's travel schedule made that even more important. I had planned a ZZ plant for this one, based on the recommendation of a coworker much earlier in the year. I took myself to STUMP, where the wonderful associate who helped me concurred that it was a good choice for my circumstances. I decided to name her Zsa Zsa and if she survived the month, she'd get a ceramic pot to sit in. Lo and behold, she survived!! And will hopefully continue to thrive for months to come.
Up Next: Drink more water!!!
I'm a little concerned for this one. I have some very large water bottles that I'll carry around work and hope to remember to drink from. Wish me luck!
