This month didn't go so well. I did cut way down on my intake of other drinks (mainly pop) and had a water bottle at my desk, but didn't fill it as often as I should. I did drink more water than usual, so technically it was a success...but I still didn't drink as much as I should. I'll keep working on this.

Up Next: Read for at least 15 minutes daily
I'm excited about this one! I'm a binge reader - all or nothing, hours or won't pick up the book. I love reading, which is part of what makes it hard for me to put a book down. This month, I'll try to set limits for myself when I feel like I don't have enough time and build this into a habit.
