I got a little retail appeasement today! A few weeks ago, I took a broken Coach key chain that back to the store (see picture below, please excuse the chipped nail polish). The thick metal ring had separated and I couldn't get it back together (don't have the right tools, I guess) and a stone was missing (but I wouldn't have taken it back for that). I wasn't expecting anything to happen - thought I'd get a "sorry 'bout your luck" speech and sent home. Good thing I took it back because they sent it back for repair and, according to the letter, it "did not meet COACH's high quality standards." So I got this letter with a store credit - happy Thursday to me! Guess I'm going key chain shopping soon!
