Week 44 - True Romance

Gary Oldman looks like Captain Jack Sparrow.
All of the violence and heart I'm used to out of a Tarantino movie.
James Gandolfini was excellent.

• Suggested by my brother, Scott. Thanks for the recommendation!

• Violent.
• Would I recommend it to a friend (or talk ad nauseum with my friends about it)?
• Recommend? Absolutely.
• Talk ad nauseum? I'm pretty sure I could.
• Did I look anyone or anything up from the movie on IMDB or Wikipedia?
• Not necessary - so many stars!
• If I was trapped on a desert island, which character from this movie would I want to be trapped with and why?
• Floyd (so easy going, would relax me on the island) or Lee (if anyone could get us saved, he'd make it happen). Pretty random characters, I know.
• Did this movie provoke any outward emotional reactions? Crying, laughing out loud, throwing crap across the room, etc./et al. (Warning - I cry A LOT.)
• Laughing and cringing.
• Would I stop to watch this movie at any point during a showing on TBS?
• Probably.
• Would I buy it on sale at Target for $5 or less (or even splurge on it full price)?
• No.
