I've only dipped chocolate a couple of times in the past 8 years. While it isn't the same outside of Janet's kitchen with fast food lunches, soap operas and Lifetime movies in the background (Lauren, Gregg, Lisa, Sam and David know what I'm talking about), it was like riding a bike. Once I started, immediately wished I had more cookie sheets and room in my fridge! These will be a special treat for Valentine's Day at work and Ladies Weekend, but there is a container of mess ups that will happily be staying at my house.

I made pretzels, Oreos and a couple of grahams. Chips are on the list for next time!
