Complete 10/25/14
12 balloons. 9 strangers. 15 minutes. I was really excited about this one when I published the list and grew increasingly creeped out by it as the year went on. Enter High Ball to save the day - so glad Jillian, Katelynn, Leslie and Matt wanted to go again this year (it took place a block south of the Short North, but I think it still counts). Leslie said that carrying the balloons made me easy to find in the crowds, so it looks like I may need balloons as part of my costume every year (as long as Leslie wears a tutu and fake eyelashes).
I considered keeping one of the purple polka dot balloons for myself
Katelynn was more excited about this item on the list than I was
