My friend Nicole and I headed to dinner in early January to discuss some exciting upcoming plans. We headed down the street from work to Gratzi Pizzeria, which opened last year. I could order nearly half of the menu without making changes, which is rarely the case for me! There were also tons of TVs where we were able to watch the College Football Playoff National Championship. +3 for Gratzi!

Recipe: Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Taquitos
I had this recipe pinned long before I owned a Crock-Pot (thanks for the Hanukkah gift, Mom & Dad!), so I decided to make this on my Crock-Pot's inaugural use. If you want to get the recommended 12 taquitos, put much less chicken into each taquito than the recipe calls for. I put in less than was recommended and only got 9 enchilada size taquitos (which is fine, since those 9 will last me for 4+ meals). This recipe is missing something for my taste, but I am unsure what it is. I'm not a taste cook, like my grandma was, but I'm guessing it is missing onion powder and/or hot sauce - I may add a queso topping for the leftovers, inspired by the Mayfield Heights Costco sample lady.

Little nagging task: Drop of clothes at Goodwill
This has been lingering since I cleaned out my closet in 2014...I even moved these bags from my apartment to my condo last year and they have been sitting in my garage ever since. I have that space back in my garage, but now comes the hard part - estimating the donation value.

Habit: Take off makeup every day when I get home for the night
I actually started doing this on New Year's Eve (trying to be an overachiever this year). An iPhone location triggered reminder and strategically placed makeup removal wipes (under my coffee table, next to my bed and in my travel toiletry bag) are the key to this new habit's success.
