I am 33 years old and invited myself on my parents' vacation. The conversation went something like this:
Mom: Did I tell you that Dad and I are going to Las Vegas in September?
Me: No! That's great. Have a nice time!
Mom: We're also going to the Grand Canyon. Neither of us have been there.
Me: Wonderful! I haven't been there either.
Mom: We're going to take a helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon.
Me: I want to do that...
Mom: Do...you..want to come with us?
Me: YES! YES!
So I tagged along for the first few days of my parents' trip. We watched the sunset over the Grand Canyon, took a helicopter ride the next morning and headed to the Neon Museum in Las Vegas the following day. It was a short, but nice, trip and I'm so grateful I was able to tag along and experience this natural wonder with my parents!

Not a bad view from the helicopter
One for you: Infinity Mirrors Tickets for My Parents
More fun experiences with the parents! There was a Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors exhibit at the Cleveland Museum of Art. I was coming into town for Rosh Hashanah and asked my mom if they'd like to go if I was able to get tickets. She said yes! I was able to snag 3 tickets for us on a Friday night. We all enjoyed the exhibit and had a nice dinner after. Successful Friday night with the parents!
So many selfies taken at this exhibit
