I'm not going to lie - I cried. I wept watching Script Ohio, cursed my parents for not forcing me to play the Sousaphone as a child during the dotting of the i and could barely get the words to "Carmen Ohio" out through my tears. Even though I don't feel ready for football season (still too many errands to run on the weekends, football shouldn't be played in 90 degree heat and I woke up with a cold/cough preventing me from tailgating with my friends), it is here and I am ready now. I spent the day on the couch watching the OSU game, cheering for BGSU and am now preparing to watch 'Bama/Michigan.
Between college football, "Fifty Shades Freed" on my iPad from the library, the fourth season of Gossip Girl on NetFlix and a pile of laundry, this cold keeping my in my apartment on this holiday weekend isn't the worst thing...
