I spent today in New York, accompanying my boss's boss to a conference where she was speaking. She did an AMAZING job! I spent the afternoon after the conference on store visits in SoHo, before meeting BJ back at her hotel. She described it as a garden several times, but I could not comprehend what she meant by that. Until I saw it. A garden is exactly how I would describe the space, as well. I love the places that we stay in New York - they're always amazing boutique hotels!
We also saw Whoopi Goldberg in the airport. She was wearing orange Crocs and had very bright luggage. She politely smiled and waved at us when we recognized her. No big deal...
