One of my least favorite seasons of the year is upon us - orange barrel season. My mom has told me about some crazy construction that will be happening in Cleveland over the summer - it sounds like every major street will be closed. This will make going home to visit this summer more of an adventure than usual. I took this picture at Richmond and Chagrin. It doesn't look like I'll be getting on the highway via this route for a few months.
I don't really mind the construction that happens each summer on 71, as it gets us closer and closer to having 3 lanes the entire way. Maybe in my lifetime I'll see the completion of that project...
