At least when I was stuck in traffic for 1 1/2 hours for this accident, I got to watch a lightening storm in the sky. The drive back from Thanksgiving in June was worse than the drive for Thanksgiving in November. I was stuck behind an accident for 1 1/2 hours (I hope everyone is okay) and then was stuck in construction traffic for nearly another hour. At one point, the left lane was closed ahead, so the truck in front of me drove in the middle of both lanes to prevent people from speeding up and forcing everyone to let them over. When I was stuck in this traffic, I looked over to my left and saw what looked like my friend Sara in the next car. I didn't have her number, of course, so I wrote on her Facebook wall. Turns out, it was her! We didn't notice while we were still next to each other, but it would have made the wait more entertaining!
On the bright side, I'm home safe and almost done with my book on tape...
