Day 97

Even thought my Grandpa Chuck is not with us any more, his Haggadah is. He highlighted portions and made notes of what to skip at least 30 years ago. Every year for the Seder on my mom's side of the family, my uncle leads the Seder with my grandfather's Haggadah. We use the same Haggadahs on both sides of the family and have talked about using new ones (as long as we still eat on page 19, it's okay with me!). My other favorite part about these books is the ads on the inside for products that a) are not kosher for Passover and b) no longer sold.

Every year at Passover, I get sick. Without fail. It's not fun. This year is not feeling like an exception. It's a good thing I'll be eating chicken soup nearly every day...
