I want to go to a lantern festival.
I resent that when her hair gets cut, it turns brown.
You get lanterns on your birthday? Well, I get fireworks on mine.
When they almost kiss on the boat, I seriously thought "Kiss the Girl" would play.
And, I finally understand why TSA wouldn't let me take a frying pan in my carry on to Emmy's bridal shower.
- What made me choose this movie?
- I'd been wanting to see it since it came out in 2010. It just HAPPENED to be on the Disney Channel when I was eating dinner, so it turned into a very long dinner...
- Describe this movie in one word. JUST ONE.
- Resilient. In reference to both the hair and the horse.
- Would I recommend it to a friend (or talk ad nauseum with my friends about it)?
- Recommend? Yes, super cute movie.
- Talk ad nauseum? Probably only with my friend Mollie
- Did I look anyone or anything up from the movie on IMDB or Wikipedia?
- Naturally - it's animated! I had to see which famous actors had the best job in the world and voiced these characters!
- If I was trapped on a desert island, which character from this movie would I want to be trapped with and why?
- Rapunzel, since her hair is magical and could probably get us off the island.
- Did this movie provoke any outward emotional reactions? Crying, laughing out loud, throwing crap across the room, etc./et al. (Warning - I cry A LOT.)
- I chuckled once at the chameleon, the hooligan mime and the horse.
- Would I stop to watch this movie at any point during a showing on TBS?
- Probably not.
- Would I buy it on sale at Target for $5 or less (or even splurge on it full price)?
- Not for myself, but maybe for Tiffany, since she had the longest hair of anyone I've ever met and could probably lift me up a tower with it.
