Tonight is one of my favorite nights of the year - Oscar night. For those of you who don't know, my dream job is to do event production for the Academy Awards. Luckily, I have a friend who loves this night as much as I do. Ashleigh hosted an Oscar party where all of the food was based on the Best Picture nominees. I didn't bring anything to the party (I'm the worst guest), but my contribution is posting this to my blog! Ashleigh is another loyal reader and is very excited to be featured. All of the food was delicious - especially the soup. I have requested a phone call every time Ashleigh makes it in the future. Here are some highlights:
The Help - Minnie's Chocolate Pie

The Descendants- Mazto Ball Soup (the food of Ashleigh's descendants)
War Horse - Glue Sticks (not actually food and actually very morbid)
Earlier today, I ran several errands at Easton and in Gahanna. I met Allyson for lunch and the weather was BEAUTIFUL - the recipe for a lovely afternoon. The only part that wasn't nice driving behind the H2 with the licence plate "MAN LAW." Now you understand why my blog was almost named "Hi. My name is Sara and I judge people..."
