I took a picture this morning for today's post, but chose not to share it (maybe I'll take another picture of it tomorrow - ahead of the game for once!). It's associate appreciation week at work and my company has put a lot of thought into it. But, a dark cloud hung over today. My thoughts and prayers are with Coach I, his family and everyone else affected by the shooting in Chardon. The picture I chose to post is of the only thing that made me smile after hearing about the horrible tragedy that is hitting too close to home. How beautiful is my youngest niece? My brothers and sisters-in-law make the best kids. There's a recognition wall in my building and someone hung up the "Getting to Know" about me this month. There is a picture of me with my oldest niece - I'm pretty sure people think I have a 5 year old at home. I'm ok with it. She's such a good one, I don't mind claiming her!
A note to my brothers and sisters-in-law if they read this: please keep sending pictures of the kids. They really are the highlight of any day, especially a day like today...
